The Studio
I have a great studio in the historic Lawrenceville section of Pittsburgh. Every time I walk up the old circular staircase to my second floor studio I get a sense of how people lived a hundred years ago. The building was built to last. That’s how things were done in 1881. It has large double hung windows with the original glass panes. Sections of interior walls reveal the layers of wallpaper that were once used.
The Gallery (coming soon)
By late summer or early autumn I will have a gallery on the same floor as my studio. This will double my space and allow me to exhibit work and give classes. This is a natural evolution for me because I’m located in a creative area of Pittsburgh. Many artists, galleries and design firms have relocated to the neighborhood. This allows me to share my work with others that for the most part was created here.

My studio is open to visitors by appointment. I have quite a bit of work that is not on my web site. Most of it is in my studio and I enjoy sharing it. Many people comment on how many paintings I have. Then I remind them I have been painting for the better part of 25 years.
